Danube Property Advisers manages two investment vehicles under the brand Danube Property Fund. These vehicles have invested in income producing assets and manage a real estate portfolio in Eastern Europe.


Danube Property Fund investment strategy is to acquire mainly income producing assets, such as office buildings, as well as late-stage developments. The investment vehicle will acquire assets in major cities in Bulgaria and Romania.


Danube Property Fund initiated its investment activity in the region at the end of 2006 acquiring two office buildings in Bucharest. Since 2006, DPF's total investment amounts to €80 million, with a current portfolio of four office buildings.


Danube Property Advisers has launched two investment vehicles: Danube Property Fund I and Danube Property Fund II.


The legal and tax structure has been designed by the leading Spanish law firm Uria & Menendez , and the investment vehicle is audited by Deloitte.
